The Fire-Lite MS-5012 is a conventional fire alarm control panel that combines a five-zone FACP and a digital alarm communicator on a single circuit board, designed for small to mid-sized commercial buildings using conventional initiating devices.

- Combination five-zone FACP and digital communicator on one board
- Integral LCD display for event annunciation and system status
- Twelve notification circuits
- Accepts waterflow devices, two-wire and four-wire smoke detectors, pull stations, and other normally open contact devices
- Alarm, trouble, supervisory, and communicator failure relay drivers
- Transmits zone and system status reports to a central station over the public switched telephone network
- Six modes of operation: Normal, Program, Walk Test, Lamp Test, Troubleshoot, and History
