The Gentex GSB-R is a durable plastic surface back box for the Commander2 and Commander3 series of horns, strobes, and horn/strobes, finished in red to match the notification appliance it supports. Half-inch conduit knockouts and integrated wall tabs let it mount directly to a wall or over most standard electrical boxes without extra hardware, giving installers a universal option when a device can't be flush-mounted. It adds mounting depth and wiring space only; it carries no electronics of its own.
