The Gentex WGEC24-75WR is a weatherproof audible/visible notification appliance from the Commander Series WGE line, built for outdoor and demanding environments where a standard indoor horn/strobe enclosure won't hold up. It's housed in a Lexan enclosure behind a tamperproof grille, mounts on a 4-inch plate using Gentex's Super-Slide function for quick alignment during installation, and supports silencing the audible signal while the visible strobe continues to operate -- useful where local code allows horn silence but requires the strobe to keep flashing until the alarm is reset.
