The Hochiki ASBL7 is an analog low-frequency sounder base that connects directly to a Hochiki DCP signaling line circuit (SLC), giving each detector location its own local audible notification instead of relying solely on remote horns. Its 520 Hz low-frequency tone is built for sleeping areas, where NFPA 72 calls for a lower-frequency signal to reliably wake occupants, and it supports programmable evacuation codes and its own SLC address range for flexible cause-and-effect operation.
Key Features

- Separate address range (128-254) for flexible zone or individual-address programming
