The Hochiki DCP-CZM is a conventional zone module that lets an analog addressable fire alarm system incorporate ordinary two-wire conventional detectors or pull stations onto an SLC loop as a single addressable point. Each module monitors one zone of up to 25 conventional devices and reports that zone's status directly to the control panel, while a green LED blinks as the panel polls the module and a panel-controlled red LED latches when a device in the zone goes into alarm. It supports both Class A and Class B wiring and provides auxiliary power to the conventional devices connected to it, letting a loop carry up to 127 addressable points overall.
