The Hochiki HEC24-177WR is a red, wall-mount horn/strobe rated at 24VDC with a fixed 177 candela output and 100 dBA at 10 feet, part of the HES24/HEC24 evacuation signal series built to run at low current draw. A switch on the unit lets installers choose high or low dBA output and pick between chime, whoop, mechanical, or 2400Hz tone patterns, with the horn silenceable independently while the strobe keeps flashing.
