The Hochiki HEC3-24WW is a low-profile horn/strobe from the HE Series, delivering both audible and visual alarm signaling on a 24 VDC circuit while keeping current draw low enough for larger notification appliance circuits. Its strobe candela is field-selectable and tamperproof once set, with synchronization available through a Hochiki control module, and the strobe can be silenced independently from the horn so the visual signal keeps flashing after the audible tone is stopped. It surface-mounts using the included Hochiki HSB mounting plate, simplifying prewiring compared to a fully recessed installation.
