The Hochiki HSB-NSA-67 is a mounting base designed specifically for Hochiki's NS Analog series detectors, covering models such as ACE-V, ALO-V, ACA-V, ACD-V, ACC-V, ATJ-EA, ATG-EA, ALN-V, ALK-D, ALK-V, ALG-V, and AIE-EA. It provides a secure, tamper-resistant mounting point that carries the analog signal between the detector head and the SLC wiring behind it, and a security locking tab keeps the sensor from being pulled off without a deliberate release. Because it holds the wiring and addressing electronics, the base is what actually determines compatibility on the loop, not just the detector head snapped into it.
