The Hochiki HSC-224R is a 6-inch conventional detector base built for Hochiki's SLR, SLV, SLR-835, and legacy DFE 135/190 detector lines. Unlike the plain NS6 base, it adds two sets of Form "C" relay contacts, giving the installer local relay outputs for auxiliary control or annunciation alongside standard alarm signaling.
