The Hochiki SCI-B6 is a 6-inch short-circuit isolator mounting base built for Hochiki's DCP digital analog sensors, connecting to a DCP signaling line circuit (SLC). Its rugged screw-terminal design maintains loop continuity even when a sensor head is removed for service, and a built-in LED flags a short-circuit condition on the base itself.

- Built-in LED indication upon a short-circuit condition
- Anti-tamper head-locking system, released only with a small screwdriver
- Maintains SLC loop continuity when the sensor head is removed for maintenance
