The Hochiki SOE-24V is a multi-criteria photoelectric smoke detector that uses multi-spectrum smoke categorization to tell smoldering fires from flaming fires, including those fueled by traditional materials and polyurethane, while cutting down on nuisance alarms. Its wide temperature tolerance and stable sensitivity across varied conditions make it well suited to open areas and higher-risk spaces such as battery energy storage rooms.
