The Honeywell/Notifier TC809A-1034 is an intelligent addressable monitor module for two-wire fire alarm systems, wired to supervise a normally-open-contact initiating or supervisory device and report its status back to the panel over the SLC. Its address is set with built-in rotary switches rather than software programming, and the module can be configured for either a two-wire or four-wire fault-tolerant Initiating Device Circuit (IDC).
