The Kidde EG1T is a white Genesis-series trim plate used to adapt a wall-mounted Genesis horn, strobe, or horn-strobe to a double-gang or 4-inch square electrical box, covering the wider opening so the appliance sits flush against the wall. It carries no lettering, matching installations where the notification appliance itself (not the trim plate) carries any required "FIRE" marking, or where the local code doesn't require marking on the plate.
