The Kidde GSA-M270 is a single-action manual fire alarm pull station with a teardrop-shaped die-cast zinc body finished in red epoxy powder-coat with aluminum-colored striping. One pull on the handle breaks a highly visible glass rod and immediately turns in a positive alarm; the exposed rod discourages tampering but is not required for the station to operate properly.
