The Kidde GSA-RM1 is a standard-mount riser monitor module used to supervise building risers - telephone risers, or 70 Vac, 25 Vac, and 12-24 Vdc audio/signal risers - and report their status back to the fire alarm control panel. It occupies a single module address and shares the same modular installation approach as the rest of Kidde's UIO addressable module line.
