The Kidde VM-ETH1 is an Ethernet adapter card that installs as an option board on a Kidde VM-CPU main board, adding a standard 10/100 Base-T network connection so a VM Series fire control panel can be programmed and diagnosed remotely over a building or IT network instead of requiring an on-site laptop connection. It is the entry point in Kidde's VM-ETH option-card line.
