The Kidde VS1-GD is an intelligent fire alarm control panel from Kidde Commercial's VS Series, housed in a gray cabinet and built around a single, fixed-capacity device loop supporting up to 64 intelligent devices of any type (detectors and modules combined) - this panel's loop capacity is not expandable. It's aimed at smaller buildings that don't need the dual-loop capacity of the VS4, while still offering the same panel-level features: up to 20,000 feet of wiring on its loop, Class B or Class A notification circuits, and support for up to eight remote annunciators.
