The 318LIPW2KC is a 2-button, key-fob style remote transmitter operating at 318 MHz, built by Community Controls for use with programmable telephone entry, gate, and access control receivers on that frequency. It's Linear-protocol compatible, so it drops into existing 318 MHz gate and telephone-entry systems as a replacement or spare fob without reprogramming the receiver's protocol.
