The Notifier CR-4 is a control relay module for Notifier System 500 fire alarm control panels, providing four Form-C relay contacts on a single board with a plug-in terminal block for quick field wiring. It mounts in one module position of the System 500 chassis using two captive screws, and a ribbon cable connects it back to the CPU-500 for communication, giving the panel four independently switched outputs for auxiliary control functions.
