Pull Station Manual NBG-12 Dual Action No-Code Red
Notifier NBG-12 Series Manual Pull Stations
The Notifier NBG-12 Series comprises non-coded manual pull stations designed to provide an alarm initiating input signal to conventional Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs) and monitor modules. These pull stations are engineered for durability and ease of use, featuring a sleek, contoured design with a light textured finish. They meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirement of a 5-pound maximum pull force to activate.
Key Features:
• Dual-Action Operation – Users must push in and then pull down the handle to activate the alarm, reducing the likelihood of accidental activation. Once activated, the handle latches in the down position, and the word “ACTIVATED” appears in bright yellow at the top, providing a clear visual indication.
• Durable Construction – Constructed from rugged polycarbonate material, the NBG-12 Series is built to withstand harsh environments. The cover features white lettering and trim on a red background, ensuring high visibility.
• Variety of Models – The series includes multiple models to suit different applications, such as the NBG-12L with a key lock and the NBG-12S with a hex lock. Some models offer bilingual labeling (e.g., “FIRE/FUEGO”) to accommodate diverse settings.
• Flexible Mounting Options – Designed for both surface and semi-flush mounting, these pull stations are compatible with standard single-gang, double-gang, or 4-inch square electrical boxes. Optional trim rings are available for semi-flush installations to ensure a clean finish.
• Compliance and Approvals – The NBG-12 Series is UL listed and meets ADA guidelines, ensuring adherence to safety and accessibility standards. Specific models have additional approvals, such as FM and MEA certifications.
