The Notifier UBS-1B is a heavy-gauge steel enclosure with a solid, black powder-coated door, built for remote-mounting a Notifier UDACT-2 universal digital alarm communicator/transmitter away from the main fire alarm control panel. The solid door keeps the UDACT-2 physically protected once it's installed, which matters in commercial or industrial sites where the communicator has to be mounted somewhere other than inside the panel's own cabinet.
