The Pyro-Chem 550016 Rubber Blow Off Cap is a protective cap for discharge nozzles on Kitchen Knight II and Monarch systems, sold as a package of 12 for facilities maintaining multiple nozzles across one or more hoods or booths. It seats over the nozzle orifice between inspections so grease, dust, and cooking or paint residue can't accumulate inside the discharge path, and is designed to blow off cleanly under actuation pressure rather than obstruct the spray.
