The Pyro-Chem 550593 is a GV-75 automatic gas shutoff valve engineered for use with Pyro-Chem's Kitchen Knight II restaurant fire suppression system. It is a mechanically actuated valve with a direct cable hookup for 3/4" gas pipe, designed to sever the gas supply to ranges, fryers, and broilers the instant the suppression system discharges.
