Pyrochem 550594 is a 1-1/4 in. GV-125 mechanical gas shut-off valve, a required component on any Pyro-Chem Kitchen Knight II restaurant fire suppression system protecting a gas-fired cooking appliance. When the suppression system actuates, the valve mechanically closes to cut gas flow to the protected appliance, preventing the fire from being re-fed while the suppression agent discharges.
