The Pyro-Chem 551029 1H Nozzle is a single flow point (1.0 FP) discharge nozzle for the Kitchen Knight II wet chemical system, machined from corrosion-resistant alloy to hold up to repeated thermal cycling above a fryer or range. Its stainless steel cap keeps grease and cooking residue out of the orifice between services, so the nozzle delivers its calibrated spray pattern the instant the system actuates rather than a partially blocked one.
