The RSG DH24120SPC is a surface-mounted electromagnetic door holder, wired for dual 24VDC/120VAC operation, used to hold a fire or smoke door open during normal building use. When the fire alarm system de-energizes the holder's circuit, the magnet releases and the door closes on its own to maintain the fire/smoke separation. It's powder coated with a chrome finish.
