The Safety Technology International STI-1100 (Stopper II with Horn) is a flush-mount, impact-resistant polycarbonate cover that sits over a manual pull station and has been reducing false and malicious fire alarm activations for close to 30 years without blocking legitimate use. A cable tethers the cover to the frame; lifting it to reach the pull station triggers a loud built-in piezo horn that continues sounding until the cover is snapped back or the 9V battery runs out.
