The Siemens ADB-BOX is a steel retrofit adapter backbox built for jobs where the existing electrical box is too small to accept an audible base directly. It mounts over a single-gang, double-gang, 4-inch square, or octagonal electrical box and gives the base a proper mounting surface without re-running conduit or replacing the existing backbox.
