The Siemens (Pyrotronics) CSM-4-RC is a controllable signal/releasing module used with Siemens MXL and FireFinder XLS fire alarm control panels to supervise and independently control notification appliance circuits. It gives the panel granular control over horns, strobes, and other notification devices, supporting applications like zoned evacuation, voice cutout, and selective signaling.

- Two fully supervised, individually controllable notification appliance circuits
- Supports zoned evacuation, voice cutout, and selective signaling strategies
- On-board microprocessor allows circuits to continue operating in degrade mode if the main panel processor or network link fails
- Degrade-mode behavior is separately configurable per circuit (OFF, ON, CONTINUOUS, or 1-second ON/OFF)
Technical Specifications
- Circuit configuration: two Class B (Style Y) or Class A (Style Z) circuits
- Power output: up to 1.5A of 24 VDC per circuit
- Compatible with Siemens MXL and FireFinder XLS fire alarm platforms
- -RC designation indicates a factory-reconditioned unit
