The Siemens (Pyro) DI-B3 is an ionization-type smoke detector built for duct-mounted air sampling applications on legacy Cerberus Pyrotronics fire alarm systems. It detects both visible smoke and invisible products of combustion, and is designed to be installed inside a compatible Series 3 air duct housing rather than as a standalone ceiling or wall detector.
