Silent Knight 5496

The Silent Knight 5496 is an intelligent 6-amp distributed power module that adds notification appliance circuit (NAC) capacity to a Silent Knight fire alarm control panel, communicating back to the panel over 4-wire SBUS wiring that can run up to 6,000 feet. It supplies its own switch-mode 120VAC-to-24VDC power conversion, battery charging, and backup battery supervision, so notification power can be distributed to remote locations in a building without running long NAC wire runs back to the main panel.
