The Silent Knight SD505-DUCTR-RC is an analog addressable duct smoke detector with an integrated relay module, used to detect smoke in the moving airstream of an HVAC duct and shut down fans or dampers to limit smoke spread through a building. It houses a Silent Knight SD505-APS analog photoelectric sensor in a heavy-duty steel duct housing and communicates over the SLC to an IntelliKnight fire alarm control panel.
