The Simplex 2080-9059 is a flush-mounted maintenance switch with an integrated indicator lamp, used on Simplex releasing system releasing circuits to give authorized personnel a visible, secure way to take a suppression circuit out of service for testing or servicing. The lamp uses a replaceable 2W incandescent bulb running on a separate 24-30 VDC supply, while the switch itself wires directly into the releasing circuit.
