The 4010-9810 is a Digital Alarm Communication Transmitter (DACT) option card for the Simplex 4010 Fire Alarm Control Panel. This card enables central station monitoring and reporting of alarm, trouble, supervisory, and system status events via standard telephone lines or digital communication networks.
Key Features:
• Event Reporting: Reports five categories of status: Alarm, Trouble, Supervisory events, and AC Power Failure (delayed 6-24 hours)
• Central Station Monitoring: Communicates system events to central station for 24/7 professional monitoring and response
• System Supervision: DACT supervises system CPU via N2 communications; sends CPU trouble message if failure detected
• Installation Note: Only one DACT card per system; cannot be installed alongside network interface cards in same 4010 FACP
• Compatibility: Designed specifically for Simplex 4010 Fire Alarm Control Panel
