The Simplex 4010-9810 is a Digital Alarm Communication Transmitter (DACT) option card for the Simplex 4010 fire alarm control panel that reports event-category status changes to a central monitoring station over standard phone lines. It notifies the central station of alarm, trouble, supervisory, or waterflow status changes, delays AC-fail trouble reporting by 6 to 12 hours, and sends a dedicated "CPU Trouble" message if the panel's CPU fails.
