The Simplex 4010-9910 is the City Circuit (City Connect) module for the Simplex 4010ES fire detection and control unit, mounting on the panel's Main System Supply to connect the building's fire alarm system to a municipal box or city tie circuit. Only one is used per system, and it draws just 20 mA in supervisory standby, rising to 36 mA when the circuit is carrying an alarm signal.
