The Simplex 4081-9005 is a 1.8k ohm, 1/2 watt end-of-line resistor harness used for Class B circuit supervision on Simplex fire alarm initiating and monitoring circuits. It terminates the circuit at the last device so the panel can detect an open or shorted wiring fault.
