Simplex 4090-9117 Addressable Power Isolator Module
A dual-port bi-directional power isolator for use with Simplex addressable fire alarm control panels. Automatically isolates short circuits or earth faults on monitored circuit segments, ensuring the rest of the communication loop continues to function without interruption.
Key Features:
• Isolation Function: Two-pole electronic switch that isolates both power circuit conductors during short circuit or FACU command
• Smart Operation: Power-up in isolation mode; connects to circuit after FACU verification; remains isolated if wiring is shorted
• Power Rating: Rated for up to 2 A at 32 VDC, suitable for Class A and Class B wiring configurations
• Status Indication: Built-in LED indicator provides clear communication status and fault location identification at the FACU
