Simplex 4090-9120 Six Point I/O Module

Addressable input/output module with four supervised inputs and two relay outputs in a single address package. Designed for use with Simplex 4100ES, 4010ES, or 4100U fire alarm control panels using IDNet communications.

Key Features:

• Four T-Sense Inputs: Provide supervised monitoring of normally open, dry contacts with up to 500 ft wiring distance

• Multi-State Status Monitoring: Detects Normal, Open Circuit (trouble), Current Limited, and Short conditions for position feedback and damper monitoring

• Two Relay Outputs: Form C contacts rated 2 A @ 30 VDC and 0.5 A @ 120 VAC, controlled independently

• Compact Design: Mounts in standard 4" square electrical box, visible LED indicates communication status

• Typical Applications: Fan motor control, fire pump monitoring, low pressure fuel warnings, dual damper position feedback monitoring

• Power Requirements: 24 VDC from listed fire alarm power supply, 30 mA maximum current draw

• Standards Compliance: UL Listed to Standard 864, ULC and CSFM Listed, FM Approved
