The 4090-9120 is a multi-point peripheral providing four supervised T-sense inputs and two Form C relay outputs in a single-address addressable package. It is ideal for monitoring fan damper position, pump motor status, low pressure conditions, and similar supervision applications in Simplex IDNet fire alarm systems.
