Simplex 4098-9602 TrueAlarm Photoelectric Smoke Detector
The 4098-9602 combines photoelectric smoke detection technology with heat detection capabilities into a multi-mode detector. It features Simplex's TrueSense intelligent fire detection algorithm that analyzes both photoelectric and thermal activity to provide early alarm response while reducing nuisance alarms.

• Four Detection Modes: Photoelectric, fixed temperature heat, rate-of-rise temperature, and TrueSense multi-sensor analysis
• Voltage Rating: 15-32 VDC from control panel IDC
• Alarm Current: Up to 86 mA maximum (2-wire), 24 mA typical (4-wire)
• Sensitivity: 2.8% light obscuration per UL268
• Temperature Range: 32-100°F (0-38°C) operating; 0-140°F storage
• Ceiling or Wall Mount: Epoxy encapsulated electronic design with LED status indicator
• Compatible Bases: 4098-9788, 4098-9682, 4098-9683 with optional relay and LED outputs
