Simplex 4098-9789 TrueAlarm Addressable Sensor Base
This is a TrueAlarm analog addressable sensor base with integral electronics, designed to hold a TrueAlarm sensor head and communicate its status to a compatible Simplex fire alarm control panel.
Key Features:
• Analog Reporting: Digitizes the connected sensor's output and reports readings to the panel approximately every four seconds.
• MAPNET II / IDNet Compatible: Receives power and communicates over MAPNET II or IDNet wiring to Simplex 4020 and 4100/4100U-family panels.
• Addressable: Onboard DIP switches allow individual address setting for each device on the loop.
• Accessory Terminals: Provides connection points for an optional remote LED indicator or relay accessory.
• Status Indication: Built-in red LED for local visual status confirmation.
