A relay card module for Simplex 4100-series fire alarm control panels providing 3 Form C relay outputs with individual alarm, trouble, and supervisory signal control. Enables common unsupervised control functions for auxiliary devices such as fans and doors.

• Switching Capacity: 2 A at 30 VAC or 32 VDC, resistive load, with 3 A circuit fusing
