A red cosmetic adapter plate for wall-mount TrueAlert audible/visible (A/V) or visible-only (V/O) notification appliances, used to provide a clean finish when replacing older rectangular-housing appliances on a flush-mounted, 4" square electrical box.
Key Features:
• Retrofit Application: Designed to cover the footprint of a prior rectangular horn/strobe or speaker/strobe housing when upgrading to a TrueAlert A/V or V/O appliance.
• Dimensions: Measures 7.95" x 5.91" x 0.06" (202 mm x 150 mm x 1.5 mm).
• Color: Red finish to match Simplex red notification appliance housings.
• Code Reference: Intended for use with mounting heights meeting NFPA 72 requirements (lens between 80" and 96" above finished floor).
