The Simplex 4905-9937 is a red adapter skirt used to cover 1-1/2 in. (38 mm) deep surface-mounted electrical boxes when installing TrueAlert horns, visible-only (V/O), or audible/visible (A/V) notification appliances.
Key Features:
• Application: Covers a surface-mounted 4 in. square box, 1-1/2 in. deep, for use with TrueAlert horn, V/O, and A/V wall mount notification appliances
• Dimensions: 5-3/8 in. H x 5-1/4 in. W x 1-5/8 in. D skirt depth (136 mm x 133 mm x 41 mm); total depth with strobe installed is approximately 4-3/8 in.
• Conduit Access: Includes conduit knockouts on all four sides
• Mounting Compatibility: Works with single gang, double gang, and 4 in. square surface mount boxes
• Color: Red (a white version is available as model 4905-9940)
