The Simplex 49MT-WRF is a TrueAlert ES individually addressed wall-mount audible notification appliance (horn) that receives power, supervision, and control signals from a Simplex fire alarm control panel over an IDNAC Signaling Line Circuit. It ships with a red cover and matching mounting plate marked "FIRE".
Key Features:
• Selectable Tones: Per-appliance tone selection including 520 Hz horn, broadband horn, bell, chime, high/low, slow whoop, or siren, programmable from the panel or set via onboard DIP switch.
• NFPA 72 Compliant Low-Frequency Tone: 520 Hz tone setting meets NFPA 72 low-frequency signal requirements for sleeping areas.
• Self-Test Capability: Onboard sensor detects horn output and reports status back to the control panel.
• Simplified Wiring: Supports T-tapped connections for Class B circuits.
