Simplex 49SV-APPLW TrueAlert ES Wall-Mount Speaker/Strobe Appliance

The Simplex 49SV-APPLW is an addressable wall-mount speaker/visible (S/V) notification appliance from the TrueAlert ES series, combining voice/tone audio with a synchronized strobe for combined audible-visible fire alarm notification. It ships as the appliance only, with cover and mounting plate/backbox sold separately.

Key Features:

• Addressable Strobe Control: Strobe function is individually addressed and powered over the Simplex IDNAC signaling line circuit, while the speaker is powered by a separate compatible audio NAC circuit.

• Selectable Audio Taps: Speaker accepts 25 VRMS or 70.7 VRMS audio input with selectable 1/4 W, 1/2 W, 1 W, or 2 W power taps.

• Selectable Candela Settings: On-board DIP switch addressing and field-selectable candela levels for the strobe output.

• Class B T-Tap Wiring: Electronic wiring supervision supports T-tapping of audio and IDNAC circuits, reducing wiring runs and installation cost.

• Magnet Test Diagnostics: Supports magnet testing for checkout and maintenance without requiring smoke or heat activation.

• Wall Mount: Installs on a standard 4 inch square, 2-1/8 inch deep electrical box for flush installation, or a surface/weatherproof backbox.
