The Simplex 565-241 is a MAPNET II transceiver board used in Simplex 4020 intelligent fire alarm control panels to drive the panel's MAPNET II addressable device loop. It converts the panel's internal signaling into the MAPNET II communication protocol that Simplex's addressable initiating and notification devices use to report status and receive commands back from the panel.
