The Simplex 565-388 is a 4-circuit Class A signal card used to add or replace supervised notification appliance circuits (NACs) on compatible Simplex fire alarm control panels. It provides four Style Z (Class A) NAC outputs from a single board and is a common spare for facilities operating legacy Simplex hardware.
