The Simplex 565-569 is a four-circuit Class B notification appliance circuit (NAC) signal card used with the Simplex 4003 voice fire alarm control panel. Each of its four supervised output circuits is individually isolated, so a wiring fault on one circuit is detected and contained without taking down the other three notification circuits.
